We were a little hesitant to go here because I didn't want to eat all this fried junk food because we have been trying a lot of fried food lately and are ready to move on to something else!
The first thing we ordered was the bloomin' onion. As much as I like onions, I have never had one of these before and I still wonder how they make it...but I could take a few guesses.

The bloomin' onion was good, not as crispy as I thought it would be, you know, like onion rings. Super greasy though! It came with 2 options, honey mustard or ranch. I ordered the ranch. I was super happy that it was not hidden valley ranch (I don't like that brand), but the bad thing was, it was warm from sitting in the same case as the bloomin' onion! Gross! So I didn't eat that....and Eli...well we talked about him before not liking onions so he didn't even want to try it. But he did say it had a nice presentation!
I tried to save them for later, but FYI, don't do that! It's just not the same!

The next thing we ordered was the ribbon fries. We never had ribbon fries so I was expecting something that looked like Arby's fries.

Nope, not Arby's fries! I think this is the cutest presentation of fries we have ever seen! They were super thin fries, almost like potato chips. In fact, some of the areas were as crispy as a potato chip, so my mouth was confused if I was eating fries or chips!
Nevertheless, it was not served with a side of ketchup, which I feel should have been offered. Especially because these fries had absolutely no seasoning on them! So disappointing. Potatoes are one of those things that I know are hard to season, but after you fry something like this, you should immediately put some salt on it! We honestly did not eat them all.

The next thing we ordered was a chicken sandwich. It only had tomato and mayo on it. The chicken was fried and the bun was not toasted. It was too plain for my liking, but it was a perfect sandwich for Eli!
He said this was the best part out of everything we ordered....but that's because he wouldn't try the onion!
The last thing we ordered was the cheesesteak.

This was the most interesting cheesesteak I have ever had. Why? Well, there was no cheese for starters and it had lettuce and tomato on it??? It was also very bland and the hoagie was almost dry. Eli looked at it like, WTF is this? First of all, it looks nothing like the picture on the truck. Worst of all, I don't think the steak part was actually freshly cooked. I mean I can't be positive on that but it looked like steak that had been boiled with no seasoning. Or maybe it was pre-cooked and frozen? There was definitely something off about it.
All of the food came out super fast and I do think it was priced fine, but this is not a place we would go visit again, unless I wanted a funnel cake because I don't think anyone can mess those up!
I couldn't even find that much out about them because they don't have a website (unless it's under a different name) and their Facebook page doesn't tell me anything besides it looks like they have been around since 2014. It looks like they have a personal page too, but I don't think that is their business page. It makes me more disappointed that I couldn't learn more about them on the internet, in this day and age.
I saw a bad review about their customer service, but that was not our experience at all. They were friendly and didn't stare at us when we were discussing what to eat. In fact, the lady was laughing at us when we were discussing what ribbon fries were, so that was fun. #foodtruckmania
