What is Food Truck Mania?

Food trucks are the future of the food industry. Food trucks are gamblers. If the weather is not nice, that's less business. If the event was not advertised widely, that's less business. They are mobile, which makes them convenient. They are unique, each having their own creations and spin on cultural and traditional foods. Most importantly, they are small businesses trying to make a difference in each community they serve.

My husband and I love food trucks, and we are here to share our experience with you! Each weekend we visit different food trucks throughout NC and post reviews.
