I wanted to put out there how we rate. What we look at? We are not just pulling numbers out of a hat and we don't play favorite either. We do compare to other food we have tasted, but in a way that allows us to say if we like it. If something is amazing, there is no doubt about that and we will say it!
I always feel bad when we can't give 5 stars, but we hope that these food trucks we review can learn from what we say. We want everyone to succeed in their business and all we want to do it help bring business to you!

We are not here to say you suck, you shouldn't be a food truck or get better training. Everyone that owns a food truck works hard! They put their heart and soul into owning their own business and we respect that 100%!
Occasionally we do give half stars because we are torn between 2 stars. We also try to learn as much as we can about the food truck before we blog about them and give them a rating because background is good to know.
I hope that if you are not rated well, you take a look as to why and learn from it because if you can't learn from it, you may fail and we would hate that! We try to be as specific as possible. If you don't agree with our review, send us a message and we would be happy to give you a second opinion in the future.
Remember, we support all small businesses and the communities they serve! Please use #foodtruckmania when referring to us.
